by User Not Found | Feb 07, 2014

We won’t toot our horns too loud but we have a pretty amazing season coming up at Panther Island Pavilion (TOOT TOOT). Below is a small preview of what you can expect this season but this list is nowhere complete. We will have plenty more event announcements coming soon.

Red Cross B*A*S*H – March 1
Join us at the inaugural Red Cross B*A*S*H to celebrate March is Red Cross Month! This family-friendly event is being held at "The Shack at Panther Island", right along the banks of the beautiful Trinity River. You'll love the WWII theme, touring old MASH vehicles, fire trucks and even the modern-day Red Cross HUMMER! As the sun sets, you'll have a front row seat as the Chesapeake Building "turns red" for the Red Cross!

Enjoy delicious treats from some of Fort Worth's most popular food trucks, grab a soda or cocktail and enjoy live music from Mike and the Moonpies and legendary country music star Johnny Lee and the Urban Cowboys!

Attire: Wear your best camouflage, army green, or even your Red Cross vintage T-Shirt

Untapped Festival – Marhc 8
At its origin, Untapped was designed by its organizers as an event equally focused on quality music and beer, a balance uncommon at music festivals and rarely found at beer events. The aim is not about the quantity of selection but rather the curating of the best in both craft beer and emerging local and national bands. A few of our favorite things so to speak! The addition of local artisans, quality food vendors, and unique locations add texture to each event and create a vibrant village of activity.

Graffiti Run – March 22
Oblivious to Labor Day law, you arrive at the starting line in all the white clothing you can find in your closet: white shirt (mandatory), white shorts (not mandatory, yet encouraged), white cape (yes!), white tuxedo (you should save that for your wedding). In your white duds you take off from the starting line like a pristine canvas, ready to become a beautiful, jogging piece of art. Throughout the course you encounter “Graffiti Zones” where our diabolical team of volunteers, staff, sponsors and leprechauns will douse you with COLOR. First green, then red, then orange, then pink, then purple and then at the finish line a grand finale of color that will leave you feeling (and looking) like you just traveled the most colorful three miles of your life.
